Cultural Industries Management Major

1.Brief Introduction
Cultural Industries Management (Non-normal Category; Undergraduate; Education Period: Four Years; Literature and History Category)
    Cultivation Objectives: cultivating versatile and application-orientated professionals with good cultural and artistic qualities and broad international perspectives. Developing morally, intellectually and physically, they should adapt to economic and social development, understand the operating features and rules of cultural industries, and have the basic knowledge of economic management and social science. They should also have the ability of using statistical analysis and management information system, and gain the common knowledge of public administration and cultural products marketing.
Major Curriculums: higher mathematics, microeconomics, macroeconomics, management science, management information systems, public finance, cultural industry marketing, creation and planning of cultural industries, project management of cultural industries, strategy and business model of cultural industries, introduction to cultural brokers, communications, operation and management of media, organizational behavior, public relations and so on.
Employment Orientations: cultural industries like visual media, journalism and publication, information consultation and cultural performances; departments in government, enterprises and educational units; jobs involve arts and culture management, cultural project planning, cultural market operation, cultural brokerage, trading, consulting, international cultural exchange and communication etc.
Degree Awarded: Bachelor Degree of Management.

Management and Service of Urban Community
1.Brief Introduction
  Urban Community Management & Service Major (Non-normal Category; Undergraduate; Education Period: Four Years; Literature and History Category)
    Cultivation Objectives: cultivating innovative and high-level professionals with strong social adaptability and development potential. Developing morally, intellectually and physically, they should meet the demands of constructing socialist modernization and harmonious communities through mastering the basic knowledge and operating skills of modern community work. They should be competent to perform jobs involving community management, community services, community planning, property management, cultural promotion, psychological counseling, rights and interests maintenance and so on.
Major Curriculums: higher mathematics, microeconomics, macroeconomics, management, management information systems, public finance, introduction to sociology, introduction to community management, community work and service, community construction and management, civil law, social psychology, science of leadership, public policy analysis, public relations and etiquette and so on.
Employment Orientations: jobs involving management, service, public relations and human resource development in civil affairs departments, district and community offices, social intermediary organizations, community groups, social welfare and social relief institutions as well as relevant fields of justice, culture, sports, education and so on.
Degree Awarded: Bachelor Degree of Management will be awarded against graduation.
