Gu Yanfang, male, born in 1972, PhD in History, is a professor of SHC, Harbin Normal University. Professor Luan Jisheng

Luan Jisheng was born in May 1963 in Jixi, Heilongjiang Province. He received the BE degree from the Chinese Department, Harbin Normal University.  Luan Jisheng is currently

the head of History Department in SHC, professor, master instructor. His research interests include Chinese history literature, calligraphy, he has published Luan Jisheng

Calligraphy Set and 30 papers on journals like ¡°Studies in Historical Documentation¡± and ¡°Calligraphy of China¡±. His social concurrent posts mainly include director of

China Historical Documentation Institute, director of China "The Book of History" Institute, member of China Calligraphers Association, deputy director of Heilongjiang

Calligraphers Association¡¯s Academic Committee, etc.

Professor Mu Weizhen

Mu Weizhen, female, born in March 1966, received the BE and ME degrees from the History Department in 1990 and the Chinese Department in 2000, Harbin Normal University,

respectively. Since then, she has been working as a teacher at the Tourism Management Department of SHC and promoted as associate professor in 2003, hired as master instructor

of history philology in 2008 and appointed as head of Tourism Management Department in the same year, promoted as professor of tourism management in 2010. Main courses:

1993 and 2002 respectively, using Russian in academic communication. Hao Qingyun mainly teaches five postgraduate courses like "Research methodology", undertaken 8 projects of

various kinds like State Qing History Engineering, Provincial Social Sciences and the Provincial Ministry of education, edited and supervised 6 academic books like Heilongjiang

¡¯s Celebrities, Blackwater Series, published more than 30 papers on various journals like "China's Borderland History and Geography Research".

Editor Li Shilong

Li Shilong, born in November 1963, party member of the CPC, graduated from the History Department, Harbin Normal University in July 1984 and stayed on to teach, transferred to

"Northern Essays" as associate editor in March 1998 and promoted as editor in September 2002. Li Shilong is currently the party secretary of the East Language College, first

deputy director of Youth Work Committee of the Humanities and Social Science Institute, director of Academic Committee of Heilongjiang Journal Association. During 1998-2006, Li

Shilong has been appraised for 5 times as outstanding editor in Heilongjiang, northeast China and national university journals. During 2001-2006, Li Shilong obtained two second

prizes of Excellent Paper Award of Harbin Normal University, Provincial College¡¯s Humanities and Social Sciences, and obtained one second prize and one third prize of

Professor Li Xiulian

Associate Professor Deng Tianhong

Deng Tianhong, female, master instructor, graduated from the History Department, Northeast Normal University, her research interests include Ming Qing history and Man history.

Courses: Medieval cultural history, Man culture, Ming and Qing history, etc. She has published nearly 20 papers such as Man language and Qing History Teaching, On the

Deng Tianhong has engaged in more than 10 items of scientific research projects like national major cultural project, provincial philosophy and social science major

Associate Professor Chen Jiran

Chen Jiran, male, party member of the CPC, born in 1975, Han, PhD in Literature, associate professor of SHC, Harbin Normal University, his research interests include ancient

Sui Lijuan, born in February 1964, professor, vice president of SHC of Harbin Normal University, master instructor, director of Chinese History Institute, secretary-general of

Heilongjiang History Institute, owns State Council¡¯s special allowance, leader of national outstanding teaching team, provincial key-discipline back-up leader of modern

Chinese history, review expert of provincial philosophy social sciences, judge expert of provincial social sciences award, distinguished teacher of Heilongjiang college

teaching, Heilongjiang outstanding teacher, winner of Tenth Heilongjiang Youth May 4th Medal. Sui Lijuan has successively published academic books like Zeng Guofan, On Cixi,

Professor Qu Guanghua

Associate Professor Liu Taiping

Liu Taiping(1971---), female, Man nationality, associate professor, born in Harbin Heilongjiang, studied at History Department, Northeast Normal University from 1990 to 1994

for the BE degree, received the ME degree in Modern World History from the History Department, Northeast Normal University in 1997, received the PhD degree in History from

Northeast Normal University in 2003 with the research orientation in Post-war history of U.S. foreign policy, taught world history in History Department, Northeast Normal

University since 1997, including the courses like  World History, 20th-Century American Diplomatic History.  Liu Taiping has published the academic book American Foreign Oolicy

in Indonesia (1953-1961) and the translation book History of Human Civilization Chapter 16: Revolution Wind, and published many papers on journals like ¡°Northeast Normal

University Journal¡±, China Renmin University¡¯s copying materials "World History" and "Northern Essays".

Li Xiulian£¨1964¡ª¡ª£©, female, Han, PhD in History, professor, assistant dean of SHC of Harbin Normal University, deputy director of northeast historical& cultural research center, master instructor, executive director of Liao Jin and Khitan History Association, a branch of China National History Association, executive director of Heilongjiang
History Association. His research interests include the north culture, Jinyuan culture, historical and cultural study of the Jin Dynasty. He has presided over one item of Ministry of Education and one item highly committed by Heilongjiang social& science association, participated in one significant bidding project of Heilongjiang philosophy
association, presided over two items of bureau-level. Li Xiulian has published an academic book and nearly 30 papers on journals like "Historical Science", "Northern Heritage" "Northern Essays", "Heilongjiang National Series," "Man Research", many of them has been indexed, referred, reproduced and won 4 prizes.

Professor Luan Jisheng

Luan Jisheng was born in May 1963 in Jixi, Heilongjiang Province. He received the BE degree from the Chinese Department, Harbin Normal University.  Luan Jisheng is currently the head of History Department in SHC, professor, master instructor. His research interests include Chinese history literature, calligraphy, he has published Luan Jisheng

Calligraphy Set and 30 papers on journals like ¡°Studies in Historical Documentation¡± and ¡°Calligraphy of China¡±. His social concurrent posts mainly include director of

China Historical Documentation Institute, director of China "The Book of History" Institute, member of China Calligraphers Association, deputy director of Heilongjiang

Calligraphers Association¡¯s Academic Committee, etc.

2. Heilongjiang Valley Civilization Research Center

(1) Introduction:
Heilongjiang valley civilization research center, founded in September 2010, is a provincial-level key research base of humanities and social sciences. The center aims to seek the history of Heilongjiang valley civilization and develop the local economy and culture. Director: Luan Jisheng. Currently the center has five research orientations: research of Heilongjiang valley¡¯s ancient society evolution and historical& cultural heritage, Bohai Sea civilization research, Liao, research of Jin and Yuan regime-change and Jurchen social civilization evolution, research of Heilongjiang frontier nations and local government in Ming and Qing dynasty, research of northeast modern society and the rule of puppet Manchukuo. The center now has 20 full-time researchers including 10 professors and 12 doctors, it has also invited 10 part-time and visiting researchers, undertaken three items of the National Social Science Fund and Ministry of Education¡¯s Humanities and Social Sciences Fund, published more than ten academic books and more than 100 papers.
