1. The Department of Chinese

(1) Dean: Professor Li Zhouliang
Li Liangzhou is the Doctoral supervisor of Chinese ancient opera. He had the working experience of post-doctor, presided at more than ten projects, such as National Social Science Fund Projects, Humanities and Social Science Fund Projects of Ministry of Education, and the first level subvention projects of China's Postdoctoral Foundation, etc.  He has published more than 50 articles in journals of ¡°The Literary Review¡±, ¡°Literary Legacy¡±, ¡°Research on Sinology¡±, ¡°Journal of Chinese Literature and History¡±, etc. He published the Bell under the Ancient Pagoda/ Peep on Qian¡¯s Works, Comment on Spring and Autumn Writing Method (Doctoral paper), the Tradition of Spring and Autumn Writing Method in Chinese Literature (report for postdoctoral research). In addition, he also edited ¡°Chinese Ancient History of Literature¡±, Point Calibration on Local Chronicles of Hannan Journal ¡°Kangxi Stability County¡±.  He has received 7 provincial and ministerial level awards, such as the first and second prize for ¡°Provincial Excellent Scientific Research Achievement Prizes¡± (Government Prize), the first and second prize for ¡°Provincial Excellent Teaching Achievements¡±, etc.

(2) Vice-dean: associate professor Qiao Huanjiang
He graduated in the Department of Chinese of Northeast Normal University; he is the doctor of Arts, the vice-dean of the Department of Chinese and the associate professor. Since July, 2005, he has worked in the Literary Theory Study of the Department of Literature of Harbin Normal University, as lecturer, associate professor, vice-dean of the Department of Chinese, and the tutor of postgraduates successively. Now he mainly engages in the research on aesthetics, the theory of literature and art and contemporary literature and culture; he published two monographs of the ¡°Saved Aesthetic¡± (The Time Literature and Art Publishing House) and so on, edited ¡°Longjiang Contemporary Literature Series • Film and Television Literature¡± (North Literature and Art Publishing House);
He has published more than 40 academic articles in newspapers and magazines, such as ¡°The Literary Review¡±, ¡°Arts Debate¡±, ¡°People¡¯s Daily¡±, and ¡°Literary Newspaper¡±, etc, he presided at many provincial and ministerial subjects, and was awarded with the ¡°Provincial Excellent Social Science Achievements¡± and the ¡°Excellent Social Science Achievements of Provincial Universities¡± many times.

2. The Department of Senior Secretary

(1) Vice-dean: Li Hanlei
Li Hanlei, is female, the Han nationality. She studied and graduated in Harbin Normal University with the bachelor¡¯s degree and master¡¯s degree. She taught the course of the Introduction to Linguistics after being a teacher there in 1995. She became the lecturer in 1998. She had been studied in the Department of Chinese of Nanjing University from 2001 to 2004 with the doctor¡¯s degree majoring in Linguistics and Applied Linguistics. In 2005, she was the associate professor and supervisor of postgraduates. She was a visiting scholar from 2010 to 2011. Her research field is mainly about Chinese Rhetoric, Semantics, and Theoretical Linguistics. She has published more than 20 works or articles of Zero-Degree Deviating Theory, New Theory of Figures of Speech, Zero-Degree Deviating Conception of Li¨¦ge School, Zero interpretations and exceeding interpretations on Saussure's principle of arbitrariness, etc. From 2006 to 2008, she had won 1 second prize for ¡°Provincial Excellent Social Science Achievements¡± and 2 first prizes for the ¡°Excellent Social Science Achievements of Provincial Universities¡±.

The Chinese Language and Literature Research Institute

(1) Director: Chen Yi
He was born in May, 1960 in Heilongjiang. He is the professor of the Department of Chinese of Harbin Normal University, the academic leader of Chinese Linguistics and Literature, the director of Association for Chinese Linguistics, the director of Association for China Chinese Modernization, the vice- president of Heilongjiang Language Association. He got the bachelor¡¯s degree and master¡¯s degree in Harbin Normal University, and doctor¡¯s degree in NanKai University. Her research direction is mainly on modern Chinese grammar. Main works are Manuscripts on Chinese Grammar, Errors of Modern Chinese, and Individuality Exploration in Commonness. He has published more than 40 articles in domestic and foreign journals, such as ¡°The Chinese Language¡±, ¡°Journal of Chinese Linguistics¡±, ¡°Chinese Teaching in the World¡±, ¡°The Construction of Chinese Language¡±, ¡°Chinese Learning¡±, etc.

The Institute of Chinese Ancient Collation

(1)ntroduction to the institute: The Institute of Chinese Ancient Collation of the College of Literature of Harbin Normal University was born in the early 1950th with the establishment of the Department of Chinese of Harbin Normal College. The present director is the Professor Fu Daobin, the academic leader of the discipline of Ancient Literature of the College of Literature, and the members are professor Yu Fu, professor Hu Min, associate professor Wang Hongjun, associate professor Xu Guangcai, and the lecturer Zhang Xiuhua, etc. The research mainly focuses on the collection and research of ancient books, ancient classics and culture, China ancient history of academy, excavated documents, etc. Representative monographs are: ¡°Criticism Outside of Poem¡± (Fu Daobin), ¡°Poetry Can View: Etiquette Music Culture and the Poetic Spirit of Zhou Dynasty¡± (Fu Daobin), ¡°The Research on The Book of Songs on Gold Stone and Bamboo¡± (Yu Fu), ¡°Literary Group and Literature of Han Dynasty¡± (Wang Hongjun), ¡°Archeological Findings and Chuci Proofreading¡± (Xu Guangcai).

Fu Daobin was born in 1960, graduated from Central China Normal University with a doctoral degree majoring in Study on Chinese Historical Document in 1988. Now he is the professor in the College of Literature of Harbin Normal University, doctoral supervisor, and academic leader of ancient literature. He held the post of vice-president of Harbin Normal University, now he is the chairman of Literary Federation of Heilongjiang province, member of Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Heilongjiang Province. Since 1990, he has published 8 academic works, edited 4 works, published more than 100 academic articles in ¡°Social Sciences in China¡± and other journals, and burdened 5 provincial and ministerial above scientific research projects. He has been awarded the prizes of "The Five-One Project Publications", ¡°National Book Nomination Award¡±, the first prize of ¡°Outstanding Youth Reading of the Press and Publication Administration¡±, the outstanding winner of ¡°Excellent Paper on Philosophy and Social Science of Heilongjiang Province¡±, and so on. He enjoys the special government allowance awarded by the State Council, is selected as National ¡°First Two Personnel of ¡°100,1000 & 10000 Talents Project¡±, and the honorary titles of ¡°10 Outstanding Young Persons of Heilongjiang Province¡±, ¡°the Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Expert of Heilongjiang Province¡±, etc.

The Research Center of Chinese Novels and Poetries

(1)Introduction£º
The institute of Chinese ancient novels and poetries of Harbin Normal University is qualified as the key research base of humanities and social sciences of regular institutions of higher learning in Heilongjiang province. Nowadays, the base mainly focuses on three research directions of Chinese ancient novels, the art of Chinese poetry, and poetries in Tang, Song, Ming and Qing dynasties. There are 18 full-time researchers, among which 7 are professors, 2 are associate professors, and 9 are doctors.
Since 2006, other researchers have taken on a total of 19 research projects together, among which there is 1 international cooperative project, 1 national social science fund project, 10 provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, 7 prefecture and other research projects. There are 94 articles published in academic journals home and abroad and 9 monographs. There are 6 provincial and ministerial awards¡±, 6 department or bureau level awards, among which there are 1 outstanding winner and 2 first prizes for ¡°Provincial Excellent Social Science Achievements¡±.

(2) Director: Fu Daobin

Research Center of Aesthetic Culture and Longjiang Literature
 
(1) Introduction:
The research center of aesthetic culture and Longjiang literature is the key research base of humanities and social sciences of regular institutions of higher learning in Heilongjiang province, possesses 19 full-time and part-time researchers, the academic leader, Feng Yuyun, and Yu Fu who is backup for the academic leader. The center has three research directions, Longjiang literature and culture, Chinese ancient aesthetic culture and contemporary culture, occupies the leading status in Heilongjiang province, and enjoys relatively good academic reputation at home. Longjiang Contemporary Literature Series (11) published in 2010 is the representative achievement in recent years. The center has obtained outstanding results in previous assessments organized by provincial Department of Education.

(2) Director: Feng Yuyun
Feng Yuyun was born in 1943, and graduated from Wuhan University majoring in Chinese. Now she is the professor, doctoral tutor, the academic leader of provincial key discipline (literature and art) of the College of Literature in Harbin Normal University, and the director of provincial arts base ¡°Aesthetic Culture and Longjiang Literature¡±. She is the executive director in many societies of Chinese and Foreign Literature and Art Theory Society and others, and a member of provincial Writers¡¯ Association. She has published three works of Literary Theory and Methodology and others, 4 edited series of Research on Writers with Longjiang Characteristics Series and others, and more than 30 articles in ¡°The Literary Review¡± and other journals. She has been awarded the first prize for ¡°Excellent Social Science Achievements of Heilongjiang Province¡±, first prize for ¡°Provincial Excellent Teaching Achievements¡±, enjoys allowance of the State Council, and ¡°Provincial Six-One Excellent Talent¡±.
